Shouldn’t even get a star. Kept my car for about 4 months and I called upwards of 50+ times and only talked to anyone 3 times. Towards the end I had heard nothing about my car or even spoke to anyone for 3 weeks. So I had to show up 2 days in a row for them to tow my car to the dealership when I was able to drive it in, wasn’t able to drive it out. The first day apparently they were too busy to tow my car fist thing in the morning when I didn’t see anyone really busy. And they didn’t tell the dealership a thing they did to it. They also broke my truck and left my car a mess. Funniest part is they wanted me to get my triple A to come tow my car like no you’re taking care of it. I don’t know how they have a business but they certainly don’t run it the way it should be.
