I appreciate the fact that we have this service here I really do. Unfortunately when you call usually the receptionist is short and rude. Then it takes a really really long time for the service person to actually be in your area so you have to wait a very very long time.

Helpful, with a large amount of inventory, if you can explain your needs these people can & will help you. I’ve always come away satisfied. If they don’t have what you need, they won’t just put up their hands and turn you away. Easily accessible, with wide aisles and their display items are in reach of seated customers. Plus, if you just want to be left alone, they can do that too. Since Owen’s store closed & we discovered Everything Medical, we haven’t felt so lost anymore. And seeing items, merchandise, in a store, in your HANDS just beats the daylights out of Internet guessing. Thank you, E.M., for caring and staying open. Never forget that you are essential, please.

My wife and I have been customers with Everything Medical since they first opened on hilltop about 13 years ago. We had the pleasure of meeting a young man named Joe that had a great ambition to start a medical supply business, and we found him to be a very conscientious, thoughtful and knowledgeable business owner. Over the years we have done a good deal of business with his company, and we are filled with joy for the success he has demonstrated. He now owns the largest medical supply store in the North State, and in that process he has assembled and trained a very knowledgeable supportive staff to assist folks with their medical requirementsAnd now Joe is in a 10,000 square foot complex and has all of the supplies and equipment on hand for his customers. That required an administrative assistant be brought on board by the name of Danni She runs the day to day operations that keeps everything flowing very smoothly. So you always feel like the most important person by the support staff and the office staff when you come in with questions and needs for your well-being.It is an honor to be able to share this evaluation for a man that has grown into a very confident and trustworthy businessman.With that success, he has also been a great example to his business peers through generous giving to many causes in the North State. So my wife and I have come back in today to purchase a second scooter after13 years, from a man that told us when we bought it, that it was a quality product. After 13 years of hard use.
