First, let me say, we have very good medical insurance…..my neighbor does not. I went there to pick up cpap stuff for my husband. My neighbor went with me to do the same. They were polite to me and d8dnt talk down to me even though i didnt even really know what i was sent there for…soon i was done so i waited for my neighbor to he also. The staff was extremely condescending toward her. She has put off going there and getting her needed supplies for months because of money issues. They proceeded to berate her until we left and she fought back tears the whole way home. Im not ok with that at all…..and nobody else should be either!!!
