I’ve been buying from Everlane online for a couple of years and I finally got to see the Everlane store in real life. It was everything I had hoped for! RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UNPLEASANT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE . GREEN WASHED BOUTIQUEI ordered online and came to the store to return my purchase. The cashier was extremely rude. No greeting when I came in the store. Keep in mind I was there at 11 am on a Tuesday.I asked her about the returns for my shoes without the box. She was abrupt with her answer and was not helpful to provide any support.
