They are great. Very helpful n polite. My grandma bought a couch in a 1/2 shown in the picture ( that’s mom sitting on it) She got a very good deal. 50% off..They even gave a discount to deliver it in colusa. For being a furniture store in a smaller city their prices are fair ..

The salesman, Todd, greeted us after being in the store about 5 minutes, or so. I loved the fact we were allowed to get in the door and start looking around without having a salesman “pounce” on us at the door the minute we entered.He introduced himself, asked if there was anything he could help us with and then told us to enjoy looking around the store.We were given our space to browse and didn’t see him again until we were trying to decide between a couple of different pieces.Todd was very knowledgeable, helpful and personable.They were having a sale and had a great price on the pieces we were looking at.We had an absolutely great experience, as always, while shopping at Evans Furniture. We have recommended them in the past and will continue to do so.

I have been very pleased with the customer service from Todd, salesman, to Alonso, service tech. Todd contacted me to keep me updated on the recliner I ordered last year. I knew the wait would be lengthy due to the pandemic. But his calls were reassuring that I had not been forgotten. Once I received the loveseat, I thought there was a problem with it. They sent out Alonso to check it out. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. It turns out that nothing was wrong, and he made a few adjustments. This is not my first purchase from Evans. I am a satisfied customer.
