I am extremely livid and appalled about the extreme unprofessional customer service at this facility. I had booked an online appointment for my under arms and received both my email confirmation and the confirmation on the application. I drove 40 minutes and waited 20 minutes just to be informed during my check in that my wax specialist didn’t come to work. I was informed that the receptionist attempted to call me to inform me about this matter, but they had my old number from 2020. I was completely discombobulated as to how my number was never updated when I’ve been coming to this center since 2020, I requested to have my number updated multiple times in which I was informed my most up-to-date number was on file, and my number and email on the application has always been updated. So that means that I was continously lied to throughout the eternity of 2020-2021 about my information being updated. I don’t understand how any of the receptionists didn’t take 2 seconds of their day to update my phone number. As a result, I not only wasted my time but my gas as well. If a customer fails to check in within the time alloted the appointment gets canceled. However, when multiple receptionists fail to do what’s within their job duty and cost the customer an inconvenience its perfectly acceptable. The company has no problem with that since my wax pass has been paid for and they got their money. Normally I am very understanding, but this is beyond disrespectful to the customer. Nothing was done to rectify the situation or problem solve this incident. I’ve seen this very same issue happen to other customers but apparently this business does not value their customers.

Loved it!! It was definitely a great experience. It was my first time going there the lady that helped me was very professional. I wish I would remember her name. Anyway definitely will be going back.
