I ONLY give this place a 5 star rating because on Lena (or Lina). She provides the absolute best service for Brazilian of any other technical I have encountered at EWC locations. I believe she recently transferred to the bay ridge location so I will happily make the drive. You’ll thank me!

Best experience I have had in over 6 years with waxing. Highly recommend this spot and Lina who is an absolute gem. The girl at the front desk was very nice and friendly. She answered all questions about my service and products i was interested in purchasing. The wax specialists are nice but they each have different waxing techniques so it all depends on who you choose to wax you. I’ve been waxed by 2 different people, one got me right while the other didn’t get all my hairs and left pieces of wax on me. I think it’s important to do the job well and remove all wax on the client. Overall I love this location !
