I went for a lip and full leg wax. Autumn, the esthetician did a horrific job. Lip hair was still highly visible. And full leg more like half leg wax. And the wax was burning and left visible marks on my lip despite my request for her to turn it down. Will the mark go away?!!! I now have to mask up in the office. Front desk women were rude and defensive when I explained the poor service. Will not come back!

This location is by far my favorite. Clean and welcoming and the front desk staff is kind and professional. Autumn, my esthetician was amazing!! She’s friendly, she made me feel super comfortable, and the conversation was great I barely felt any pain with her! For me personally being comfortable while getting waxed is top priority and for that reason Autumn will stay my go to and my favorite! I’ll be back already booked my next appt with her thanks again girl!!

This was my first Brazilian wax. The first Brazilian wax, promotion priced at $29.50. I made my reservation online. I received a follow-up call the day before to confirm my appointment. They had several locations. I choose the one closest to me, on the website. I came to my appointment, the receptionist called me right in, the whole process took about 20 minutes. The room was clean. The materials was freshly used. The lady tried to up sell me on the serum that was $30. The serum is to prevent razor bums, “I declined, but I wish I would have gotten it”. Overall the experience was good. I was extremely nervous. The lady told me the pain, is the worst the first time. On a scale from 1 to 10 the pain was a 6.
