I really want to give this place 5 stars, but I just can’t….The staff is wonderful and were extremely kind and gentle. I loved my entire visit and was looking forward to going back again. But the hard wax/finishing serum that they used on me caused me to break out in SEVERE bacterial folliculitis all over the area the next morning, causing a lot of burning and pain. Super self-conscious now. Hopefully it goes away soon…it’s been four days 🙁
