First of all, I just want to point out how rude Nicole was to me during my appointment. Don’t book with her. I told this women it was my first time and she was so rough and insensitive. I started to tell her a story and she completely cut me off and told me she didn’t want to hear it. Long story short I wasn’t able to get the wax there so I went to the Hylan office. All of the ladies was extremely nice and made me feel extremely comfortable. Nicole needs a talk about customer service, I guess she was in a rush to go to lunch like she said… that’s probably why she was rude….. do not recommend

New to the Island and have been trying to find a EWC near me. Found this one close to home & all of the girls were absolutely wonderful!My technician Kaitlyn (I may have spelt her name wrong) was such a pleasure & very patient with me. It’s hard to find someone who is good at what they do and is pleasant on top of it and she is just that. Definitely recommend going to see her!
