Called to get my fireplace gas insert cleaned – the woman who answered was EXTREMELY unhelpful and rude – do not waste your time calling this place. Happy to give my business elsewhere! Would give zero stars if possible.

Knew this place had bad reviews but gave it a shot. Was totally ignored when we came in. Went to look at a much needed gas stove heater. Was still ignored. Am a senior and suddenly needed to use the bathroom. Asked the woman ignoring us and was told it’s not available to the public. I left and will never go back.

The woman that answers the phone is completely rude. She was condescending and gave false information about the stove I purchased from the business before they took it over. If you’re looking to buy, don’t buy from them.
