Terrible service from the Concord Ethan Allen store. Delivery took over four months to receive, which isn’t bad, but not receiving any updates as to when it would come is. I had to call my representative to get an update on the delivery date. When my dining room set arrived, the delivery team forgot my table’s leaf and nearly every item was damaged. Additionally, the table is damaged beyond repair so it’ll need to be replaced so I guess I’ll be waiting another four months to finally have the look I ordered last year. When you buy Ethan Allen furniture, you expect not only quality products, but also quality service, and I haven’t received either. Ethan Allen is not the same as it used to be.
