Smaller than their Hawthorne store but relaxingly organized nonetheless!! Staff was super helpful (wish I would have gotten her name)! I loved walking around and looking at all the cute organizational stuff (and trying not to spend all my money). I took advantage of their BOGO sale- didn’t want to spend money on shipping when I can walk in to the store. Unfortunately they did not have all the items that I wanted that they have online (that Eucalyptus Snap In ). I wish they had a ship-to-store/pick-up in store option now that they have actual stores and one is close by me!

I LOVE this store!!!! Paper planning is my language and it’s so nice to have the people working there that feel the same. I had an issue with an online order for a custom cover and even though they couldn’t do a reprint in the store to fix it they totally went through the entire process for me to get a new sent out to me.
