Quick and easy check in and out. Difficult to get employees on the phone, however, to change or confirm the reservation. When I finally did, I was given multiple discounts that saved money on the rental. Upon arriving at the Victoria Ave location, friendly and professional staff made picking up and dropping off the vehicle quick and easy. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

All in all, excellent service, the kind I consistently get and expect from Enterprise Car Rentals. Quick and professional rental pick up and drop off. I’ve rented with enterprise numerous times the pick up is so quick & convenient & I usually drop off after hours which is also quick & convenient. The only issue I had this one time was the comfort of the car. Me & my husband rented a full size sedan & I noticed right away the comfort in this Chevy Malibu weren’t anything great. We rented an Altima the week prior for a boys get away & those seats were VERY comfortable. My 6’1 husband immediately almost broke his neck getting in the car from the seat being raised SO high so our trip had a funky start. We took a 3 hour trip & my the time we got there I couldn’t wait to get out of the car & stretch my back because I felt no comfort in the seat. I will be renting through them again but I’ll be sure to mention something a little bit more updated then the basic stock Malibu
