Absolutely awful at how there customer service is handled!!! I spoke to a rep from the 1-800 number and extended my reservation after hours to the 5th (which he verified our identity, reservation number and all, and assured us was taken care of), then this location tells us they “didn’t know that” after trying to bill my card $225 more this morning without so much as a phone call. They got my bank card declined, now they refuse to run it for another 24 hours (which would have never been a problem had you ACTUALLY CONTACTED US) while still telling me I need to pay them $225 today because they’re closed tomorrow…. I’m standing in the store with legal tender American currency to pay, despite the fact that this was not our fault to begin with, and they still won’t accept that… or any other form of currency other than a second bank account with my girlfriend’s name on it (can’t even be mine). Who the hell just has 2 bank accounts? That’s certainly not a requirement to rent a vehicle, but apparently it is now?Beyond frustrated with them. Honestly if you have ANY other option at all, save yourself the stress and figure something else out. They’re demanding money right now… but won’t accept money…unless it comes from a second bank account…?? But they can’t wait til Monday for their money without us also losing our deposit as well. Apparently we’re supposed to both take the whole day off from work to go open a new bank account in her name, put said cash in it, and then call them with the new card information? How can this even be expected?!

I always rent from the location in Opelika,Al. The service is awesome. The Manager Rogers is the best. Like always I will be renting from that location again. It is 10 stars for
