The customer service was amazing! These young talented black men were absolutely amazing and attentive. They all were absolutely great. The selection of cars, horrible. Why am I driving a 2019 vehicle in 2021. This is actually my first time driving an old rental from this company. I’m a valued customer and I’m always in the year of the year I’m renting but this year I was in an old Ford.Customer service is remarkable bit the vehicle choices should be better.I would have given 5 stars but because the vehicle I drove and it was a ford….I’m a Chevy gal!

I love their rental vehicles and the rates are always highly competitive with others in the area such as Hertz. I always use Gardendale as my choice location and they have treated me with the utmost courtesy. Recently, I had one of their vehicles for 35 days and there were no problems whatsoever. Cody and Nadir took care of everything necessary and I just drove off the lot with no worries at all.
