Scheduled pick up was flawless. The employee at pick up was very nice. Although, the car was low on oil & gas. My real complaint is about the drop off. I knew we would not make it back in time for the original drop off time. I spoke with Emily from their New Windsor location. She informed me it needed to be back by 6pm or I’d be charged the additional day. No problem, I fully expected that. Knowing we were charged the extra day now and that it needed to be back by 6pm we returned the car at 5pm the neck day. At drop off we were charged for the original agreement, the additional day AND an ADDITIONAL hourly charge for 2 hours. At no point was this mentioned that we had to the car back by 3 pm or would face hourly rates as well. We would have done so if we were aware. I re read my contract and did not see it there ( although I’m sure it must be stated somewhere to be able to throw it on).

My friend rented a car for my wife. Emily cook charged my friend $1’005.00 when it was supposed to be 400.00. We ask for the basic insurance because they charged us for the full package which would had came out to $705. They refund her $113 then took out $215 so the rental came out to over 1000. Went back today April 20 2021 to rent the car for two weeks and she said $1375.00 for the two weeks. When we paid her she said that no one else was allowed to drive the car except the renter and took the car back after taking my money. They said my money would be refunded in three days. The car was never moved or even turned on she just seen me sitting in it and said she would call the cops if we did not give her the keys back we did and they stole our money. The full refund for the first week was still not returned and we paid for two weeks to have no car. Left a husband his wife and 3 year old daughter stranded on the street. I am a state worker and build up my community and I was racially profiled and robbed. When my dad who rents from them who looks white never had a problem even when I was an additional driver and I look black. They where shaking and scared when I said I just wanted to talk to corporate and Emily cook would not help me with additional information to retrieve my money. I was robbed and stranded with my family. Never again, now I will have to file a civil suit for Entrapment, and racially profiled, we gave Emily cook money not knowing she was not going to give us the car in the first place and never refund us the first amount which they just took an additional 215 when the car was fully paid. Now enterprise owes me $1,700.00. She said only 1456 will be refunded. I said why did they take more money out when b4 u leave with a car it’s fully paid this place is corrupted. They can take your money right away but they can’t give it back right away. She knew I was coming by we called before I came by she said we never needed to come by in order to extend the rental.We called she never picked up so we came in person when we paid she robbed us. Took the car and our money threatened to call the cops so we left and now we have to deal with who knows to get our belongings back. Sorry for the inconvenience but this is unacceptable.

I didn’t know what to rent and they recommended a certain car for me, a brand I thought I would never like. it was a GREAT choice. And vehicle was super clean. The staff at the office was excellent. Very positive experience.
