Never going back there again. It was the first time renting since the pandemic and it’s clear this company needs the money. I used to rent before the pandemic with no problem and the price was nearly half of what it is now. The price for a compact car was around $42 and now it’s $80. My experience this time just wasn’t good at all. It didn’t help that I had Ryan as my representative. He probably asked me about 6-7 times if I wanted to include coverage even when I respectfully declined. I did not like that even after I said no he kept trying to push this coverage. Its almost as if this was a scam and he tried to get back at me for not accepting their coverage. I was only using the car for a day and I actually brought it back early, which it wasn’t due to return till the next day at 7:30 AM. When I brought it back Ryan stated there was a dent on the passenger side door. He claimed it was 5 inches. That was not the case. Then he changed it to 3 inches which still was wrong. When I took the car off the lot it was 7:30AM. It was dark and wet out. He scanned over the car briefly and quickly. There was scratches and dents on the car but he reassured me anything over 6 inches would be considered liable to the person taking over the vehicle. This dent could have been there honestly. I normally video record around the whole car but I’ve used this company so many times in the past that I trusted I was in good hands. That was not the case. Moral of the story is just be aware of the games this company is trying to play in this pandemic. This is not right and I don’t want them to take advantage of another patron like they did myself.

People are great but still didn’t get the Chevy Tahoe I placed the reservation for….. currently waiting on a 38 dollar reimbursement… Will keep you posted on that…
