Avoid Enterprise Rent-A-Car at all costs. I received a rental car from them and my experience with the vehicle was enjoyable until upon return of the car at the end of the rental agreement. I got hit with multiple car toll fees a few weeks after I returned the car. I also was charged a citation in an area that I never had even been during my rental agreement.I tried calling the Enterprise Car Toll Agency about all of these tolls and charges and they were extremely vague claiming that they don’t deal with the details of the charges and only bill the credit card on file for the rental car. What I find to be so disrespectful is that when a rental car is returned there should not be any surprise charges weeks after a rental agreement has concluded. If there is anything owed it should be paid at the end of the rental agreement! I even had to cancel my credit card so they would stop incorrectly charging me.

Very Nasty, very disrespectful, unprofessional, untrained (or maybe trained to fight? But why)Had really bad experience with one of employee (maybe mechanic or vehicle handler) i simply told him im crossing so please wait and he got upset then startedarguing after that started cursing when i made complaint at inside desk he walk up to me and want to pick up fight…are you serious??? For what??? If you don’t like customers please have sign that customers aren’t welcomed or you will be insulted… Enterprise and this kind of employee unbelievable…
