Cam, Eugene and Daniel were very helpful when I called and had to go pick up my rental. I initially spoke to Eugene on the phone and he was EXTREMELY kind and he advised me on next steps so that I could get the rental I wanted. When I called back, Cam answered the phone and he further assisted me in getting my rental and he suggested that one of his colleagues comes to get me…it was raining and they STILL came to pick me up. Daniel picked me up, we chatted and was kind enough to make sure that he brought an umbrella for me to use while outside….I had an awesome experience!!! Most of my business was handled over the phone so maybe alllll the people that are complaining should try to handle as much as they can over the phone so that they don’t have to wait. My rental is a 2021 Ford Explorer and it’s a pretty awesome truck. I am very happy with my experience at this location.

So i picked up a rental from Mount Vernon location ….i understand the paperless method due to Covid however 2 days into my rental i got a flat tire and went to put the spare on to realize the registration and inspection were both expired in 2020 . Returned the vehicle 2 hours early and was still charged for an extra day. Made customer service person aware of expired stickers and he shrugged it off. I have been waiting for a reply email from customers Service for 5 days. No response
