Great experience thus far and this is the nicest looking property in the area.

In their parking garage, 30+ cars got smashed and broken into, one got stolen.

I haven’t got a night’s good sleep since I moved in this dreadful place.

there are lots of issues in this apartment:1. You will have tons of ants in your apartment in the summer, their ants control is nothing.2. You will face unexpected charges without explanations because they are busy3. You will need to pay a lot when you move our, even in a 1b1b you need to pay painting fee I haven’t heard in any apartment I lived in.4. The package would not be delivered to your front door but you need to go very long way to take your heavy package from the parcel room.

Throughout my time at Encasa there were numerous issues. Unless you like dealing with headaches, Avoid this place at all cost because it is not worth saving a couple hundred dollars. For the last month and a half of the time I lived there, the water had a green discoloration. The management actively ignored the complaint and refused to resolve the issue. If you still live there or are moving in, demand a water test. Note that you can see the contamination by filling up the bathtubs, you only see the color when there is a large volume. I did an at home test and saw high copper levels, alkalinity, and acidic water. This was actively covered up by Graystar also through Heather Mitchell.Multiple thefts and car vandalizations occurred while living there. One of the thefts was literally someone ripping a bike off of a rail it was chained to. The only response from the complex was that they’re not responsible and you shouldn’t leave things visible on your property. Note that multiple gates were constantly failing to close and would not be fixed for months at a time (hmmm, I wonder why so much crime occurred).Additionally, the wider area is a crime hotbed. I got chased by attempted carjackers / high road rage multiple times. Also, I caught people on my porch trying to break into the apartment multiple times. I ended up moving out early because of safety concerns. If that wasn’t enough, the mail theft is through the roof. They changed the mail delivery policy so half the times Amazon can’t find the room. When they do, they don’t log it in half the time so you have to email the desk to get access to the room. And every now and then, delivered packages disappear. One time, someone literally broke in and stole all the packages. When the power fails, your car is stuck in the garage. There is no backup power to open the gate and if it’s after hours, you’ll have to wait hours for someone to manually reopen them. Hope there isn’t an emergency!Don’t expect amenities to be available. It took over a month for them to reopen the pools and gyms after COVID restrictions were lifted. And only then was it because residents pressured them. Also, the whole time i was there, the outdoor fireplaces never worked. I kept getting some excuse or another as to why it was broken.Pests Pests Pests…. during the spring, my apartment got invested with thousands of worms. It took multiple attempts to try to get rid of them and i had to buy my own pesticides to do the trick. Later on there were ants. Just tons of bugs on the property. All of these issues are on top of the random things that kept breaking in the apartment: light fixtures, fridges, cabinets, door seals…etc, not a month went by without something breaking. All of this routed through Rimi (who’s been the property manager for who knows how long). While she replied to most items, it was usually some attempt to give a non-answer and just pay lip service to the issues, not actually resolve them.If you care about your sanity, wellbeing, and generally not dealing with issues, go somewhere else.Note* you can hear your neighbors easily through the thin walls* expect to pay $150/month for the mandated utilities* expect a $400 move out fee for repainting and cleaning

I applied online since I moved here from GA, and the experience I’ve gotten here has been top notch. I specifically want to thank Marie in the leasing office, she went above and beyond to make sure I had everything needed to move in.I love the community and our apartment so far, can’t wait for the full experience when amenities fully return.
