Found a tile I liked. When I was about to place an order, the sales associate told me its out of stock. Why keep out of stock items on display in the store. Anyways, after a couple weeks, it was back in stock. Took a couple weeks for the order to arrive in the store and when I went to pick it up, it was the wrong tile. After one more week, went again and the right tile was finally delivered. Unfortunately, found out a couple of the tiles were missing pieces. I think I have driven to the store atleast 4 times. . . so I accepted the tiles as is. The people at the store are nice but my experience was very tiresome.

Great experience. The staff were exceptionally helpful. They let us take a sample tile to match with other pieces of the kitchen project and were very patient with the multiple return trips it took to find the right color and pattern. Prices were very reasonable (lookin’ at you big box hardware store down the street) and good selection. Tile, thinset, and grout were delivered promptly and courteously. Couldn’t ask for better.
