Empire Wine takes pride in the award winning service it provides our customers. Like many family-run businesses throughout the country, the COVID-19 pandemic has stressed our employees, our customers and our operational processes. In addition to in-store purchasing, we have offered on-line ordering, pick-up and delivery services for years. With the need for social distancing, many, many customers have taken advantage of the out-of-store options. We thank them for that. Understandably, the up-swell in orders has overwhelmed both our staff and our distributors. Some orders are delayed beyond our standards. We regret any inconvenience that may have caused. We thank all our customers for their patronage, understanding and compassion.

Fix your hours on Google. How hard is it? So many businesses in this area are messing this simple task up. In your parking lot at 8:20pm Sunday to pick up almost $200 in liquor and you’re already closed. Now we’ll give our business to another company.

Have twice ordered a case of champagne from Empire for delivery to South Florida. The whole process was most positive, from using the website, to asking questions of employees (always readily available) to noting and paying a very competitive price with reasonable shipping fees. All without leaving one’s front door. Definitely the place to shop!
