I’ll be honest, I’ve only been here twice, and both times I thought might not have been a positive experience. Both times my appointment was messed up due to what I thought was miscommunication on their end. Could have been my fault, but they still got me in when I showed up anyway. Very professional and understanding.

Had an appointment back in December 2019.The appointment took way longer than it should have because the computer system they use kept going offline and they had trouble connecting to the doctor. Spent an hour staring at a blank screen in the exam room.Then 2 weeks ago I went in to order another pair of glasses as my pup chewed my first pair.The receipt said Promise date 8/29/2020I called the store today to see if they had come in yet, only to be told they weren’t in, and they were short staffed so even if they came in today they probably wouldn’t get to them.Why have a promise date if they are not going to keep it?I would never recommend the plattsburgh vision works.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Staff are abhorrent. They with hold vital information which is against the law. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau and FTC.
