We were missing a lug nut. Probably an $8 to $10 part. I forgot to mentioned it. When I got home I noticed a new one. They never mentioned it either. Great place to go. My kids were watching them race little remote controlled cars while they were eating lunch. Did I say a great place.

First let me say, in all the years i have went to dealerships to purchase a vehicle, Empire Toyota, hands down is the place to go . I worked with my salesman ,Mitchel , from the moment i walked in Empire Toyota, This is the first time i felt at ease dealing with salespeople. Mitchel , hands down, was a true gentleman. I never was pressured into anything.
