Emma is one of the nicest people. She makes everyone feel welcome! The food is fresh and really good! I love the chicken salad, the chicken nachos and the grilled chicken salad. Nice portions too. She makes the most best sandwiches ever for a great price..You pick from a wide variety of meats, breads, cheeses and veggies at no extra cost..She blows away Subway,,,Very healthy sandwiches…

Since opening my office on Market Street, Emma’s Snack Shop has been one of my staple stores. Mostly cold sandwiches and salads, but I love the chili cheese dog. I like to counter it with Emma’s Avocado Salad, to please the Health and Gluttony gods :)Emma and Nicholas have been in that location for 20+ years and I can see why. Everyone there is friendly.The only caveat is that it’s tiny inside, so for a claustrophob like me, I stand outside if it’s crowded.If you’re in the area and you need a quick bite, stop by and say Hi to Emma.Metered parking. No bathrooms. No sitting area.
