Purchased Dior sandels. I was sent home with the wrong size. Tried to bring back few days later to exchange for the correct size, they were unable to exchange for the correct size, or provide a refund. Poor service, poor policy. Without trying them on at home I wouldn’t of known it was the wrong size, their mistake became my mistake and problem.
