I was looking for a Quince dress for my daughter. After going into many stores we came upon this shop.Francis was very friendly and helpful.The dress my daughter wanted didn’t come in the size we needed or color she wanted.Francis right away came up with a solution she special ordered the dress in the size we needed and ordered it in white. Then Francis had the dress dyed for us in the color my daughter wanted.It was so BEAUTIFUL !!!!!!!!!!!the color was just right.No other shop had ever mentioned Dying a dress. I also ordered last minute things for the quince and Francis made it happen everything was so beautiful.Thank you Francis !!!!!!!!!!

Had the worst experience ever! After 4 visits and my dress was not altered correctly. I refused to wait till the day of my wedding to see if Francis could get it right. I week before my wedding and she could care less! I was so unhappy with how my dress was looking and she blamed it on ME! And blamed my sister for getting things in my head. So unprofessional!! She couldn’t accept that she couldn’t do the job. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
