They are nice but if you go in during busy hours be prepared to wait a long time. I would say each customer takes about 50 minutes to 1 hour, even if it is only for pick up. To keep customers entertained they check in on them and then forget about them. Overall, they are very understaffed and they just try to get you out of there without really helping you.

Initially, we had good service except for the manager trying to sell us dresses out of the budget we gave. We found beautiful dresses. We actually ended up finding the same exact dress for a lot less elsewhere but they did price match as much as they could, which I thought was nice but also sketchy. Considering the dress was the same and actually the same designer which makes me question as to why they add almost $80 more. The trouble started when the dresses came in. They were inconsistent with the information given to my bridesmaids and regardless of policy, they need to make sure they are all given the same information considering the dresses were all order at the same time. The receipt states the dresses have to be paid in full 2 weeks, which is not very clear. 2 weeks prior? 2 weeks once the order is place? Idk. All we were told is they have to be paid 30 days after the order is made. Which we were told we would have 30 days prior to the event to pay it off. They also mentioned the accounts were inactive and that’s why they had to charge. Like I said, there information was way off. Polices were not clear. Super inconsistent. So much more wrong info and false statements were told to us. Some got calls and others did not. They then were expected to pay off the dress by the 23rd which one girl was told by the 13th and they have a $10 holding fee per week after the 30 days which we were not informed about and is not stated anywhere on the contract or receipt OR even mentioned. Of course they mention it when they are going to start charging. We didn’t have a problem with that, the issue was with the dates given. Come the 14th, my girls were called to pay off the dress and told they had one day until they started charging a holding fee that we just became aware off. They said they still gave them more time then they should’ve to pay it off but like I mentioned before, my girls thought the deadline was the 23rd. I gave them a call and they did not own up to there mistake of giving out the wrong date. We came in and talked to the manager which did give us until the 23rd which I really appreciate. Regardless of that, we will not be returning. Also they were rude to some of my girls and other reviews mention the same. So it is an ongoing issue. Same as the inconsistency. They need better training and less hotheaded employees. They also read me the contract which did not state information we were told so makes you think if they make up fees and policies in the moment. Receipt has different info then the contact.
