Even though they aren’t quick I understand that it’s alot if pressure to work in El Pollo Loco. I came in to order. 3 orders wrong ahead of us hahaha. Its okay though. Cause i have patience. If I could work here I would because i feel bad for the workers taking in all the yelling for getting orders wrong. They should have a way to cross things out on the menu on top if the monitor. If that makes sense i hope. Also i would work here to see what happens. Also i need the experience cause i want to open my own restaurant. You guys need more workers because there is only one person in the front end. Also i graduated 3 classes of culinary so i know restaurants are stressful and difficult to take orders. I hope the manager sees this.

I came to this place and the manager Noe is kinda mean, he isn’t polite at all. This time I came inside as the last time I was missing items in my order, I told him that I was told to get something to replace on my next visit( as it was this time) and he just continued asking for the rest of my order. I gave 1 review but changed to 2 for lashley she deserves the 5 stars. I bought 2 orders one the chicken was warm and was good, the other one was cold, seriously that manager should be in the back where he shouldn’t be in contact with customers. Very dissatisfied.
