I came in wanting to eat some Pollo Loco and was waiting in the front register for 30+ minutes and nobody said a word until I asked this lady if I can place my order. Her name is Irma, she was VERY RUDE, she didn’t even bother to take my order and what she told me was that she was very busy I cannot take my order. I have worked in restaurant business for many years and the way she handled the situation was very unprofessional and clearly cannot work well under pressure. I am a loyal customer to Pollo loco and have read many reviews and they say that customer service is the number one but clearly Irma is not one for customer service. I will definitely not be coming back to this place and it is very disorganized they are everywhere and clearly cannot get their orders right.

My husband bought us dinner from here and I don’t know what happened. Usually the chicken is fresh and delicious. I had the 2 piece meal. It was crunchy and dry. Like it had been left under a heat lamp all day. Do they no longer care about producing a quality product? Such a disappointment! So unfortunate because I absolutely love chicken. Where is the quality control?
