This office is so disorganized. They have wasted hours of my time. I have no faith in them and what happens in the back if the front is so rude and unable to handle simple things like booking appointments. It’s too bad because the vets that I have worked with here do you seem wonderful but they don’t have a support team around them and we all work as part of the team. I will be going back to Berkeley dog and cat hospital even though it is more expensive. I just don’t trust these people with my animal anymore

We cannot recommend Dr. Buttar and his clinic enough! We moved to the Richmond area in late 2018, after having some great vets in SF at the ASPCA on Fillmore (Dr. Knieper what’s up?!), and we were worried right away about coming to the East Bay and finding a veterinarian we could trust. But we found him right away! Dr. Buttar and his staff are responsive, respectful, and knowledgeable. We took our 6-year old cat to Dr. Buttar, as well as the new kitten we got about a year ago, and he helped us easily get rid of ear mites in the new kitten’s ears. Most recently, we took our 6-year old cat for a checkup, that went well, but Dr. Buttar suggested a deep teeth cleaning. Our Lucy had already lost two teeth; we decided to do it, albeit nervous, but it all turned out really well – not even one extraction! Anyway, we can’t recommend this vet enough.

They make appointment themself for you.Like I still have an email that says neutered this day, microchip that day..I thought it’s just an email with information. And they call me, and say, you missed your appointment. It’s just funny. And also I had to pick up monthly simparica, they said they cannot provide me service anymore.Even the medicine, they couldn’t provide me..So, good luck, if you missed your appointment once, then that’s it.All about MONEY…
