I’ve been a customer for many years as my family and I enjoy their food however today we had the worst experience. We order 2 egg sandwiches and 2 hashbrowns was initially told wait time was going to be 45 minutes long. We thought this was excessive but had to do some shopping in the area so we agreed to wait. More than an hour later my husband and I were waiting outside for our order. I asked for an update and was told there were 20 orders ahead of mine and would take 20 minutes more minutes. I immediately asked for a refund. The manager who helped me was rude and did not apologize for the long wait or the inconvenience. My family and I will never go to this location again. Other customers were complaining about their orders too. People who had online orders were waiting 30+ minutes as well.
