Good Bagels, Good Coffee, Good Bagels
Faith Webber
I just had one of the instances where the staff was very rude.

Good place. they’re real kind to an old man like me, and never try and rush me. I like that.
Faith Webber
The orders come out wrong kind of often, but the coffee is usually good. The staff are usually okay, not great but okay, but sometimes they’re really rude. I come here for coffee often since it’s the only place to get it with points, and I get the same thing every time. I just had one of the instances where the staff was very rude. The caramel macchiato I got had no flavoring in it, and when I asked the staff to add it in, she lectured me and said it was my fault for not asking for extra flavoring. I did not want extra flavoring, I wanted the normal flavoring that I always get, and got none at all, but she wasnt listening to me and wanted to blame it on me, leaving me with awful coffee. One extra star because they arent always like this, but it happens too often.

First time ever to Einstein. Good, but short of the reputation that precedes it.
