My boyfriend chose Edmond’s Plaza Florist to buy my mum a bouquet with her favorite flowers—carnations—as a Mother’s Day gift. My mom really enjoys carnations. When my boyfriend walked up to the florist to ask if they have any the florist replied, “we only carry high-end flowers here.”I don’t know what came upon the florist to 1. call my mom’s favorite flower low-end and 2. so snobbishly blow off a customers request in such a rude manner, but she should not have talked about someone’s mothers favorite flower like that.For a flower shop to address themselves as high-end, it’s sad that the service is so awful.

I cannot thank Edmond enough for creating the MOST BEAUTIFUL arrangement I have EVER seen when my best friend who lost her father. He was so kind and thoughtful on the phone, and completely came to my rescue when I could not fly out to console her because of COVID. The arrangement is beyond stunning and truly a piece of art! Edmonds is by far the BEST florist I have ever worked with (and a Bay Area favorite to those who live there) – not only for the beautiful work that he does but because of how much care and thought he puts into his work and his customers!
