If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I live in Texas and Ordered a $116 arrangement on May 4 for my sister in California to be delivered on May 8 for Mother’s Day. Arrangement was never delivered. Called on May 10 (due to Sunday hours), store manager “Ruth” said oh it’s here and apologized for a misunderstanding and I can deliver it today. Asked her to have it delivered to my sisters job since it was a Monday. She said it would be delivered by 1pm. 5pm my sister leaves work, still no arrangement. 2 minutes before they close, I call back trying to find out what is going on and to ask for a refund. Ruth says she will personally deliver it to my sister because she is her neighbor. 7 pm still no arrangement. I call customer service to file a complaint and request a refund. The customer service rep says she is on the phone with Ruth who is at my sisters door trying to deliver.Mother’s Day for my sister was ruined. Worst customer service ever!! Save yourself the trouble and money and buy flowers from Dagios Florist. You will not be disappointed!

TERRIBLE SERVICE. ORDERED 3 HOURS AHEAD OF TIME AND MY ORDER WAS STILL LATE. THEY FORGOT ABOUT MY ORDER. ORDERED CURBSIDE AND ENDED UP HAVING TO GO AND AND GRAB MY OWN ORDER. THEY DIDN’T OFRER ANY APOLOGIZIES AND HANDED MY ORDER OUT SLOPPY WITHOUT A BAG!! DON’T GO TO THIS LOCATION YOU WILL BE HIGLY DISSATISFIED.
