This is not the first time edible arrangements has disappointed. You keep giving them a chance but they always blow it. Horrible customer service. I ordered on a Friday for my friend’s birthday on that Sunday. She never got it. They attempted to deliver 1 time. That’s it. No follow through. I called Monday morning at opening hour and did not get to talk to a human being until more than an hour later. I asked to cancel the order because what’s the point? Her birthday passed. Tonight I got a call from I think the manager saying they will not refund the $14.99 delivery charge because they attempted to deliver 1 time. Well, to my understanding, delivery charge is charged when items are actually delivered. Nobody explained otherwise. So, yeah based on other reviews here, looks like they have a habit of not fulfilling their tasks, then blaming others but themselves for it. This is not customer service.

I am very disappointed with Edible Arrangements. I was given a store credit last year because of a mix up in the delivery…it was never delivered to the correct house. The credit was for $98 less than a year ago. Now I want to use the store credit but was told they have a new manager and owner so they won’t honor the credit! That’s very poor service and I’m surprised at their response.

Ordered for same day delivery. Had to follow up 4 times for an ETA that continued to get pushed back each call. They closed at 7 so I figured no more delivery. Happen to walk outside at 8 with my box at the front door. No phone call, no knock. Opened it up to this. Absolutely no effort with anyone at this location. Read the reviews and stay away from this place.
