I wanted to surprise my mom for Mother’s Day and I had heard great things about Edible Arrangements. I should have read the reviews before ordering from this location.I was prepared for the possibility of late delivery (that was stated on the website). What I was not prepared for was the strawberries arriving soaked in a puddle of strawberry juice and shriveled. Obviously, they were either not fresh or there was an issue with cold storage from the store to the house. No kidding my mom’s house is 1.4 miles from the store (just checked in Google). I picked the location that was closest to them to minimize the risk of this happening.Also, to echo some of the prior complaints, the customer service is awful. I called the location to ask for a refund. And the manager spent a whole 15 minutes (after hanging up on me once) to try and convince me that strawberry purge is normal and that they have lots of moms to deliver to. The late delivery would have been acceptable if the delivery arrived in good condition and was actually edible. This as not timely, not edible, and at $83.98.They finally relented and gave me $69.99 minus the delivery cost. So, all in all it was $13.99 for a pile of garbage and a nice note. I would not recommend ordering from this location at all. It is not worth the price and what a way to disappoint on Mother’s Day.

I ordered a box of strawberries to surprise my wife and the team at this location worked efficiently to make sure the order was delivered to my wife’s work before she left. I definitely recommend ordering from this store. The staff is incredible and so so friendly! Thank you guys

Placed an order from this place on Thursday and clearly informed the recipient address closes at 4P. They said they would deliver before 4P. I call at 3:45P and it’s just out for delivery. What a joke the lady at the front desks excuse was she has until 4P to deliver. Of course not the place closes at 4 why would you think it’s ok to deliver when everyone is getting inside their cars leaving ? Ridiculous ! I should of canceled the order !!
