The guy delivering was so rude!!! I ordered an arrangement for my step daughter for her birthday and he called me all in a hurry and rushing me telling me he was wasting time and that he had more deliveries to do and didn’t have time to waste. That he was supposed to be off an hour ago (he was only there less than 5 minutes) and he was being nice by calling me. Worst experience ever. No customer service whatsoever. Not the customers fault if the company is overloading the orders for delivery. I ordered mine at 8am and it was 730pm when he was delivering.
