I put in an order today and accidentally put in the wrong date. I tried several times calling for over 2 hours to change it and no one would pick up the phone or it said the mailbox was full at this time.

I had never used Edible Arrangements before this instance, or even had food/sweets delivered. I needed to call and ask some questions, and then later call again to make a last minute change.
