Ms.Lovett was the absolute sweetest delivery person EVER! She was hung up on by my not so accepting step-Gma and when she refused the delivery she went way above and beyond to find my grandpa’s rehab facility after having to track him down for 30 minutes. She went way way above and beyond and kept me posted with her findings and even assisted me in being able to talk to him
