Horrible place. I’m surprised that they are able to stay in business. My sister ordered an arrangement for my birthday. It was NEVER delivered. My sister called me to ask if I got it to which I replied, got what. After her shock, she then proceeded to call the store and ask what happened. She was told we attempted to deliver…we knocked on the door…no one was home. All of which was a BIG FAT LIE! My elderly in-laws are at home ALL day since neither of them drive they do not leave the house. They did not get anyone coming by to deliver anything nor did they receive a phone call. My sister was told that since they attempted to deliver they were not going to do anything about it. No re-deliver attempt would be made, no refund would be given and screw you and your complaint. My sister called her credit card to cancel the charge that was made since the store would not issue a refund. I mean WOW! The owner did not care that a customer was upset she really did not seem to care about the customer at all! We called the corporate HQ for Edible Arrangements and they were not surprised that this location was getting complaints (it had happened before) but unfortunately since they are franchises they have no control over how the store is operated. They too did not seem to care that their corporate image and reputation was being horribly damaged by this one location. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM ANY EDIBLE ARRANGEMENT LOCATION EVER AGAIN!

I don’t normally write bad reviews, but this location is awful! When you order a product as a gift, you expect to get what you order and pay for, not something a location decides to make up along the way. This gift was for my best friends 45th birthday and to say what was delivered was a a disappointment is an understatement. It was missing the “Happy Birthday” medallions, strawberries looked worse than something I could have made at home and were rolled in what looked like clumpy sawdust. When I called into location I was treated like it was my fault for the issue and should be happy with what was received. Representative on the phone legitimately stated “Well we were out of the sentiments, and no one has ever complained about this before”. I asked why an email or call was not made regarding being out of my order to which I got no response. They would not do a refund unless the product could be picked up “untouched”, which I told is not going to happen nor what I’m asking for since this was a gift and I did not want to leave my friend whom lives 400 miles from me with out a proper birthday gift, I just want this mess fixed. What a ridiculous policy to have, you messed up and now I have to say don’t touch your gift to my friend, this not how customer service works. Nothing was resolved at the location and I ended the call before I lost my temper. I do not recommend ordering from this McAllen location which is sad since I love giving these sort of things as gifts. ***I’ve included photos of a clip of my order confirmation along with what was actually delivered! Such a disappointment!!!***
Bad Deal
Ordered an arrangement for a surprise birthday gift more than a week in advance. Order was incomplete the date of pick up. No explanation given other then we ran out of the product. For anyone wanting to make a purchase with this business think twice about it . I see that a lot of customers have had bad experiences with this business, I should of read the comments before my order of over $100, never again. I gave one star because 0 was not an option
