My husband ordered me an arrangement for my birthday it was beautiful, but the next morning I woke up to mold on a few strawberries. I was disappointed. Called to talk to someone and was told a manager would call me back, 5 hours later still never received a call. I called again to speak to someone, got to talk to the supervisor who was very rude and said I had not stored them how I was supposed to, them told me the manager was out and if it was a serious problem I could email them with pictures of the strawberries. I did and have yet to hear anything back from them. My husband spent over $65 on an arrangement that didn’t even last 24 hours.
