DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. They have the worst customer service we have ever experienced. My kids ordered an arrangement for Mother’s Day and I never received it. My kids understood that it was a possibility that it might not make it on Mother’s Day and it could possibly be delayed by a day or two. They claimed they attempted to deliver it and no one was home My kids gave them my work information and the hours its opened.They claimed they attempted to deliver but my job was closed, I called and told them I would pick it up and they said they could have it delivered. Well it never showed up. We have all called this store, all of us getting different answers and some days the phone just rings. Supposedly the money has been refunded. I guess we’ll have to wait and see. When I called to check if the money had been refunded the girl was rude and unprofessional. I understand these are hard times and its hard to find employees who actually want to work but I also blame the owner and manager for not stepping it up and at least saying they can’t accept any more orders or can’t fulfill them. If the employees can’t communicate it should fall on them. I find it ridiculous how the owner only comments on positive reviews but doesn’t on negative reviews, not even an apology. We will not be giving them our business. It’s a nice treat to have but not worth the headache from this location. I would also recommend you looking to see if the owner of this store owns another store in a different location, im pretty sure its just like this one. Save yourself the headache and heartache.

This is my first time ordering with edible arrangements and will definitely be my LAST. I placed an order for my mother’s birthday on Friday to be delivered to her job today, Monday. She has not received her order and here it is 3 pm so I called the establishment and was told that the order was ready and waiting to be picked up by the driver and be delivered to her. Keep in mind my mother’s place of employment closes at 5 and even on their website they state that orders being delivered to a business will be delivered by 5 pm that day…..that was a FLAT OUT LIE in my case. I called back about 4 pm to check the status of her order AGAIN , informed them that her business closes at 5 and that is why I placed the order in advance to avoid any inconvenience and was told that it would be an hour before the driver would even be back to pick the order up. With traffic there is no way that the driver would be able to get my mother her order prior to her office closing. I just do not understand how orders can be placed same day and be delivered same day but an order that was placed days in advance cannot be delivered in a timely manner. So guess what…….my mother did not receive anything on her birthday because I entrusted in edible arrangement to stand on their word. I am so devastated and disappointed that her birthday has been ruined.

Ordered an edible arrangement for my daughter’s birthday. First time to order from EA. They never sent the confirmation email so I called and it was ready and waiting to be delivered and going out for delivery soon. When it showed up my daughter sent a photo and the grapes were missing although they were in the description. I called to explain and no apologies or suggestions just a “what can I do? Attitude”. I had to ask if we could at least come get the grapes. My daughter had to drive over the next day to get a bag of grapes. Nobody had explained the situation to employees she had to re-explain the situation- and never an apology. I saw a video on how to make a larger fruit arrangement for about 13.00 so if I give another basket I will save the 70.00 I spent for less fruit- no grapes. Suggestion-have a photo and check off sheet for workers so they are sure customers get a complete product as listed in the ad.
