On September 22 I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to a family member. I received a call hours later that my order could not be delivered to the hospital and that someone would need to pick it up. I’m not from AL, but I was able to find someone to deliver it for me. I was told I would get 10% off plus the delivery charge waived (obviously). When the item cleared my account, it cleared for the entire amount. I called and spoke to the manager, Courtney, who assured me she would refund the $16+. I called every few days and was told it takes a while to clear the bank. It’s been 2 weeks, so I called again. I was told the zip code didn’t match my card and that I would need to call corporate to get my money. It is the only card I have, meaning Courtney entering the zip code incorrectly when attempting the refund. She said there is nothing she can do at this point. It’s not the dollar amount, but the principal and poor customer service that has me beyond frustrated. DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS PLACE. There’s a reason they only have 3 stars. Never again.

I’ve ordered often here lately and its always so awesome! Everything from the flavored gourmet popcorn to chocolate dip fruits and fresh fruit cup. Man it’s so convenient to place order online and pick up or delivery. Not to mention it’s for whatever occasion… just cause, happy birthday, I love you, Congratulations .. Cant lose with this
