I ordered my mother in law a dozen of doughnut rings ( green apple) with a bouquet of balloons ( mothers day)… well she received the rings which were left on the porch but no balloons. When I called the manager she informed me they couldn’t get any balloons out for 3 days or refund my money . I wanted my mother in law to have the balloons so she got them 3 days later. They were accompanied by a half dozen chocolate covered strawberries hence the 2 stars given. Customer service is EVERYTHING especially in these days. I would do edible arrangements again but definitely at another location.

I ordered the Mother’s Day treat box and it did not come in the box shown when ordering, I received 4 cookies not 6 like it said it would have, then instead of 2 mini cheesecakes I got 1 and a brownie, the strawberries did not have the Mother’s Day chocolate piece on top like the description stated. Very unhappy, when a person orders something they expect it to be as shown and as the description states.
