Very upset order chocolate covered strawberries and balloons didn’t receive my balloons!! No one cared to even make the problem right, just wanted to refund my money!! Open the box the presentation not as I expected, three strawberries are humongous, and not presentable!! Very upset and unsatisfied!!!!!

This place is very unreliable!!!! I ordered 1 week in advance before Valentine’s Day with delivery spending $135.00!!! The package NEVER SHOWED waited until 6:00 at work when I was told guarantee to be there before 5:00. I call the store and they kept putting me on hold. I called from another number being nice. I guess when they heard my voice once again put me on hold. Corp will definitely hear about this!!!!
