BEWARE of delivery issues. I ordered a birthday arrangement with pineapple and strawberries with a Happy Birthday balloon and a mini birthday cheesecake which was suppose to be delivered to my friends address on his birthday day. I was away and not around to pick it up and bring to him myself. But since he was not home at time of delivery the order was not left at the door but brought back to the store! When I received the email about it being ‘undeliverable’ I immediately called the store. The person I spoke to which I believe was the manager explained that they do not leave the arrangements at the door due to the weather (it was in the high 30’s like the temperature of a refrigerator???) and that either my friend could go to the store to pick it up or I could pay a $14.99 delivery charge and they would attempt delivery again. He said I should have noted the request to leave it at the door on the order. I explained to him that due to COVID that for about the past year all deliveries that I have made or had, have been left at the door to limit personal contact and I never had to note that on the delivery instructions. He repeated again that UPS can do that but he doesn’t. My friend ended up going to the store to pick up his birthday gift. He sent me a picture and the arrangement looked like what I ordered. He also said everything was fresh and the cheesecake was extremely good. I would buy from this store again but I would NOT use their delivery service.

do not order from here. i had ordered a brownie/cheesecake box topped with dipped fruit and the strawberries were so tiny and one wasnt even dipped, and i received a pumpkin cheesecake instead of a regular cheesecake that i did not order nor did i want. the cheesecakes were so small and were half the size of the little divot they were supposed to fit in, and the edges were ragged and crushed, probably due to shipping. i had also bought a dozen cookies on the side that were hard as rocks and some were flat. called and all they offered me was a 15% off discount on my next order. way too expensive for something that wasnt made EXACTLY the way i wanted. the last picture is what i was supposed to receive

I just called to ask if they were doing same day delivery and the man who answered the phone was extremely rude and said i know who you are i dont know why you are calling and hung up on me! I have never called them before i definitely will not be now.
