This store is a gem to me, I ordered my items for pickup and had to change the time of my pickup and the store owner was very accommodating. The prices are good and the products as well.

The 4 stars goes to the delivery man Freddy and, to the arrangements which came out beautifully. But Listen to my story on the rude boss. I order arrangements for my aunts bday, which was delivered today 8/30 (thankfully). I Wanted to take my time to write this review because I was highly upset with the Manager or Boss Kimberly or some call her Kim. My aunt is having difficulties at the moment and, for some reason did not hear the doorbell or someone knocking. It was under 6 minutes I called Kimberly back and told her please am begging her to attempt to try again because I was able to reach her daughter and she can pick it up for her mom. Kimberly did not even hesitate to reject me she automatically told me no we can’t, she even said the driver is far away, she said she called ne over a million times (very unprofessional and I only got 1 call in that 6 mins I called back!) the worst part…she said was Almost all of our customers has special needs but we cant accommodate everyone. She was so mean and quick to tell me she can give me a refund. I was shocked by her rudeness and attitude especially her being the manager or boss and with everything going on. My tone of voice was very polite and, I didnt even scream or yell but she was not polite at all! I Told her sadly I would accept the refund. BUT THEN I decided to give the driver a call and he pick up! He was an angel beautiful customer service. I Told him if he can try to redeliver again and he was so pleasant and told me sure he was still at the corner! ( she lied and said he was far away) He even explain to me how he attempted to go up and they usually dont go upstairs and nobody open. I told him the situation with my aunt and he was so understanding and sweet. He waited at the lobby and, I told him the daughter will pick it up and she did! He even called me back to tell me it was delivered! He has very good manners and he even told me stay safe and have a good day . I called kimberly back and I told her to forget the refund because Freddy was able to deliver it, he was still at the corner and, Kindly I still thank her but… she didnt even apologize or anything about her attitude, I would expect a manager/boss to want to give there best effort to help the customers and not so quick to give a refund. I Hope she was just having a bad day. I am so thankful it was deliver after everything anyways, Thank you Freddy! For your kind service! Keep up the wonderful work! You can work for me!

The lady we dealt with named “Jane” needs proper Etiquette on treating paying customers.She literally would not open the door and when we called to figure out why the store was closed during “Open business hours” she was rude, disrespectful and hung up the phone on me instead of taking my order and apologizing for the unexpected hostility. I would NEVER go here ever again, and she makes the Edible arrangements brand look bad.
