First time I ordered from this store but my experience with them is very bad.

This is the WORST edible arrangements I’ve ordered from by far. Every time I order from this location I’m extremely disappointed. The service is terrible, they got my order wrong and didn’t include the chocolates I ordered because they ran out but never informed me of that or issued me a refund until I had to call multiple times. I saw the manager who makes the arrangements use old fruit from other arrangements that no one has picked up. I also saw a bunch of rat traps and one actually had a dead animal squished in it. They’re rude and completely unprofessional and I would recommend any other location or just dipping your own strawberries at home which is much cheaper and I’m sure the quality would be exceptional compared to this place.
